A Winter Afternoon at Point Lobos

While staying in Carmel I headed down to Point Lobos State Reserve before the rains came in. I was on the photographic trail of Edward Weston, who lived in Carmel Highlands and was a friend of Ansel Adams. Weston spent many fine such afternoons searching the trails and headlands for his photographic inspiration in the incredible rock formations and cypress trees of this very special place. Enjoy my impressions of the beauty and power of Point Lobos.
